The partners we want

HORUS VISION Corp. develops the offset/industrial cooperation project “Mass Notification System – national warning and voice co-ordination system for natural disasters, terrorism acts, civil conflict, for the essential security interest of the country”, a project designed to improve the security of Romania, decreasing the risk of life and material loses during terrorist attacks, new and extreme natural disasters, etc.

OUR MISSION for this project gather a group of innovative companies from around the world that see this project as a possibility to develop new businesses in Romania and the UE market.

THE PROJECT contains an "offset" component and an "industrial cooperation component". As a consequence, all the projects that will be realized as component/obligation of the offset and industrial cooperation will contribute with about 15 billion euros to the GDP of Romania, within a maximum of 10 years from implementation.

The industrial cooperation project aims to transform Romania into a true partner, who can truly protect the borders of the European Union and NATO.

THE OFFSET PROJECT

The system will allow the coordination of a vast number of people during national or local emergency in a modern way, allowing the transmission of exact and direct information to the people in crises.

INDUSTRIAL COOPERATION

The industrial cooperation will contribute with about 15 billion euros to the GDP of Romania, within a maximum of 10 years from implementation.

THE IMPACT

Over 15 billion euros added to the GDP. Between 20.000 and 50.000 new work places created, all the projects use the latest advances in production technologies. New techologies and new industries will be available in Romania.
